Service Description

Course content of Cast Iron , Wrought Iron Beginners workshop : What is covered? • 2 types of iron vessels covered – cast iron / wrought iron How to choose cast iron/wrought iron for your family needs • How to maintain on a day to day basis • What are the challenges in transition to iron vessels cooking. • How to cook in cast iron – (basic cooking, simulation of wrong way to cook, how to fix if your items are stuck ) – the receipes covers both aspects. • How to handle, maintain and tips to use Dosa tawa • Time is allocated to show the iron vessels you have (if anything you have) and discuss your challenges or problems you have been facing • One to one q&A • After support for 6 months on transition. Recipes covered a. Potato roast in cast iron b. Paneer / Tofu in Wrought Iron This is not a cook along workshop . The objective is to more technically learn on how to use these vessels and not the recipe as such. Duration : 2 to 3hrs - with ample time to ask any questions on this topic, show your vessels and check if they have any issues. There will be min participants only - max of 9 as it helps me have have focus on each person.
